Otterbein freshman Rylie Markle (Middeltown/Madison) led the Cardinals again regionally-ranked Oberlin College with a 6-4, 6-0 win at No. 6 singles. Markle teamed up with Kelsey Leachko for an 8-1 win at No. 3 doubles.

Ohio Northern sophomore Meghan Letizia (Dublin/Coffman) went undefeated on the week, posting a combine 6-0 record. Letizia went 3-0 at the #2/3 single position and 3-0 at the #3 doubles position to help the Polar Bears to win 5-4 win over St. Benedict, a 7-2 win over Moravian and a 8-1 Susquehanna.

Marietta junior Kelsey Jeffrey (The Plains/Athens) went a combined 7-0 on the week to help the Pioneers to a 3-1 record in Hilton Head, South Carolina. Jeffrey went 3-0 at the No. 6 singles position and a 4-0 at the #3 doubles position.

Otterbein sophomore Sammi Kruger (Cincinnati/Sycamore) went 6-2 over spring break as the Cardinals won all four matches played in Orlando, Fla.  Kruger went 3-1 at No. 1 singles, and 3-1 at No. 1 doubles.

Otterbein senior Julie Stroyne(Venelia, PA/Peters Township High School) won her No. 1 singles match 6-0, 6-0, and her No. 1 doubles match, 8-1, in leading the Cardinals to a 9-0 victory over Capital.

Ohio Northern sophomore Rachel Miller (Columbus, Ind./North) went a perfect combined 4-0 last week as ONU defeated Ohio Wesleyan 9-0 and extended its OAC regular-season winning streak to 30 matches with a 5-4 win over John Carroll. She was 2-0 at No. 5 singles and 2-0 at No. 2 doubles.

Heidelberg sophomore Sofey Fugate (Cincinnati/Lakota East) posted a combined 6-0 record at No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles to led the Berg a 3-0 record last week. Heidelberg took down Capital, Marietta and Muskingum.

Mount Union junior Mandy Wise (North Canton/Hoover) posted a combined 4-0 record at No. 1/2 singles and No. 1 doubles to lead the Purple Raiders a 2-0 record last week with a 9-0 win over Muskingum and an 8-1 victory over Baldwin Wallace.

Otterbein senior Julie Stroyne(Venelia, PA/Peters Township High School) posted a combined 4-0 record at the No. 1 singles and doubles position to lead the Cardinal past Mount Union and Heidelberg.  Otterbein claimed the OAC Regular-Season title with a perfect 8-0 record and earned the No. 1 seed in the OAC Tournament.
