2025 NCAA Division III Wrestling Championship Qualifiers
The No. 5 nationally ranked and Ohio Athletic Conference Champion Baldwin Wallace University men's wrestling team won the NCAA Division III Region 4 Championships hosted by Averett University in Danville, VA.
The Yellow Jackets, who won their first Region 4 Championship but their third straight regional championship, were first of 20 teams with 190 points. Head Coach Jamie Gibbs was named the Region 4 Coach of the Year while Associate Head Coach Jason Zastrow was named the Region 4 Assistant Coach of the Year. Luke Dolan from Otterbein won the Manuel Gorriaran Award for most falls in the least amount of time. The freshman had three pins in a time of 5:27.
The OAC has 14 wrestlers who have qualified for the NCAA Division III National Championship, including five regional champions, eight regional runners-up and one third place finisher. The top three finishers in each weight class earn bids to the NCAA III Championships.
The NCAA Division III Championships hosted by Johnson and Wales University will be contested on Friday and Saturday, March 14 and 15 in Providence, Rhode Island inside the Amica Mutual Pavilion.
