Dixon went 4-1 on the week, including a win over Willy Plaisir of Otterbein to give the Blue Streaks their first OAC dual win of the 2017 season.  Dixon went 3-1 and placed 3rd in the JCU Open, where he defeated two Baldwin Wallace wrestlers at 157 pounds. Dixon's lone loss came to Kent State University's Jacob Spino, who went on to place first in the division.
