John Carroll sophomore Elliot Thorkelson (Cleveland/St. Ignatius) won his first career individual title at the Lions Invitational host by Penn State University-Behrend. Thorkelson posted a time of 26:27.5 to lead the Blue Streaks to a first place finish out of 15 teams.
