Young led the Pioneers to a pair of wins and a share of the OAC Regular-Season title.  Marietta is the first school in OAC history to win four straight regular season men's basketball titles.

In Marietta's 107-100 overtime win at Muskingum, Young scored 29 points and dished out seven assists. He connected on 10-of-20 shots from the floor and hit three from behind the arc.

Young poured in a career-high 32 points in the Pioneers' 88-68 win at Ohio Northern in the regular season finale. He put on a shooting clinic in the second half sinking 6-of-7 from the floor including all four three-point attempts.
