John Carroll senior forward Doug Caputo (Youngstown/Cardinal Mooney) helped the Blue Streaks to a 3-1 record at the St. Norbert Tournament, including a 80-70 win over No. 18 St. Norbert. Caputo averaged 13.5 points and 8.8 rebounds-per-game.  He shot 21-of-36 from the field and 12-of-14 from the free-throw line (.857). Caputo also tallied five assists, seven steals and three blocks on the week. For his effort, he was named Tournament MVP.
