Kuklica won the 400 meter dash with a time of 48.92 and was a member of the winning 4x100 meter relay team (43.25) at the Washington & Lee Invite.

Jackson earned fourth place in the javelin throw with a distance of 45.09m and claimed second place in the hammer throw with a toss of 49.56m at the Washington & Lee Invite.

Kenadee Wayt

Wayt posted three top-10 times in Div. III at the Charlotte 49er Classic. She ran a 12.14 in the 100 meters (T-10th), 24.91 in the 200 meters (T-10th) and won the 400 meters in 55.81, which is currently the top time in Div. III.

Carpenter was the top Division III finisher with an eighth place finish in the javelin (35.91 meters) at the Charlotte 49er Classic. She also posted a mark of 11.52 meters in the shot put.

Storrer posted a combined 3-1 record at No. 1 singles/doubles in matches at NCAA Division II Cedarville and No. 20 Kenyon. She was responsible for the Cardinals' lone wins against Kenyon on Sunday, getting victories of 6-4, 1-6, 6-4 in singles and 6-1 in doubles. In a 4-3 win at Cedarville on Tuesday, Storrer won 7-5 in doubles play and fell 4-6, 3-6 in singles.

Specht won 6-1, 6-1 at No. 1 singles and 6-3 at No. 1 doubles in a 7-0 victory over Franklin (Ind.) on Saturday.

Peterson pitched 7.0 scoreless innings, only allowing one hit in a 3-0 win over Baldwin Wallace on Saturday.

Morris went 2-for-2, including a solo homerun, in a 12-0 win over Asbury (Ky.) on Wednesday. He also led ONU in a 6-3 win over Baldwin Wallace on Saturday, going 2-for-3 with a three-run homerun and four RBIs.

 

Softball

Cahill posted a 2-1 record last week, helping the Purple Raiders pick up a pair of wins over Penn State-Behrend and a loss against Carnegie Mellon. She threw a complete game shutout against Behrend with 11 strikeouts. In the second game, she pitched the final 2.1 innings giving up zero runs and allowed just a single hit. Cahill threw another complete game at Carnegie Mellon on Sunday and struck out eight batters.

In a double header against Bluffton and Hanover, Cornett batted .836, with 10-of-11 hits being singles while working three walks in 16 plate appearances. She had five RBI, scored seven runs, and stole a base.

Lich scored his first career goal, and the first goal scored by a goalie in ONU history, along with eight saves on 13 shots in a 19-6 win over Mount Union on Saturday.

Zarek tallied four goals and four assists, as JCU held on for a 13-11 home win to start OAC play against Marietta.

Clark broke the school single game record for assists this week with 10 in a 23-5 win over Washington and Jefferson. Clark also added two goals in the game against W&J. Clark then came back and had four assists and two goals in a 19-7 win over Ohio Northern on Saturday.

Kroeger helped the Blue Streaks to a pair of wins last week. She made 10 saved and limited Marietta to a season-low three goals, stopping all nine free-position shots in the second half. Also, she did not allow a goal in the first half versus Illinois Tech. 

 

Golf

Meyer earned individual medalist honors by two strokes in a field of 43 golfers at the Marietta Pioneer Classic. She shot a 13-over-par 153 (77-76) in the two-round tournament. Otterbein finished 2nd of 8 teams.

Clinton, Ohio / Northwest

Huscusson finished second in the Marietta Pioneer Classic last weekend. He shot rounds of 74 and 71 on the par-70 course to finish 5-over-par. Huscusson led Marietta to a second place team finish as the Pioneers were four strokes behind Washington and Jefferson.
