BSN Sports and the Ohio Athletic Conference have partnered to annually recognize a Female Administrator of the Year. The OAC has an incredible history of women’s athletics, and now we have an opportunity to formally thank those administrators that have worked tirelessly to ensure that the student-athletes of the future have an even better experience.
All OAC administrators and head coaches are invited to submit nominations for this award and the nominees are then voted on by OAC Athletic Directors.
The 2025 BSN Sports Female Administrator of the Year award goes to Otterbein's Kathy Mazza. Mazza has been an valuable asset to the Otterbein Athletic Department since 2000, overseeing various areas, including compliance coordination, schedules and facility rentals. Her kindness and tireless effort is the backbone of the department. She handles every task with honesty and integrity, always putting the needs of others first.
