On Monday, Honigford fired an 8-over-par 80 to stand tied for 24th of 97 golfers after the first round of the Berry (Ga.) Invitational at the Coosa Country Club. She took a quadruple-bogey 9 on the second hole and responded by going 1-under par for her next five holes and shot 4-over par over the final 16 holes.
