John Carroll sophomore forward Katlyn Spahar (Willowick/Lake Catholic) tallied 57 points last week to help the Blue Streaks to a 3-0 record. Spahar scored 13 points in an 86-79 win versus Capital, tallied 18 points in an 88-66 victory against Penn State Behrend and posted 26 points in an 86-79 win at Muskingum. Spahar shot 21-of-48 from the field and 12-of-13 from the free-throw line. She also averaged 6.3 rebounds, five assists, 2.7 steals and 1.3 blocks-per-game last week.
