John Carroll sophomore Alex DiPalma (Wait Hill/Lake Catholic) claimed medalist honors by nine strokes at the OAC Spring Invitational. DiPalma shot rounds of 75-77-75 to finish the tournament with a score of 227 (+11par) and help the Blue Streaks to a fourth place finish.

Baldwin-Wallace junior Stephen Spalding (Stow/Walsh Jesuit) fired rounds of 74 and a tournament low 72 for a total of 146 to earn medalist honors out of 62 golfers at the Denison Ted Barclay Invitational. The Yellow Jackets place third overall.

Mount Union senior Colin Broughton (Hartville/Lake) won his first collegiate tournament with back-to-back career-low rounds of 67 (134/-6 Par) to take home medalist honors at the Muskingum Spring Invitational at Eaglesticks Golf Course.

Ohio Northern sophomore Colin Burns (Kenmore, NY/Canisius) carded a 152 (+8 par) to help lead the Polar Bears to fifth place finish out of 13 teams at the Mount St. Joseph Spring Invitational last weekend. He finished tied for 11th out of 86 golfers, with 77 in the first round and 75 in the second round.

Capital sophomore Clay Rice (Hilliard/Hilliard Davidson) earned medalist honors for the second time this season at the Shawnee State Invitational. Rice shot a two day score of 145 (74-71) to edge out two other golfers by one stroke.

Baldwin-Wallace junior Ricky Jaskolski (North Royalton) led the Yellow Jackets to a second place finish during their annual spring trip at the Barefoot Landing resort in Myrtle Beach. He carded an 80 on the 72-par course.
