Buster Thomas, Mount Union

Mount Union sophomore Buster Thomas (Cortland/Lakeview) led the Purple Raiders to a third place finish in the Grove City Invitational (Pa.) hosted at the Grove City Country Club. Thomas carded a three-over par 75 which tied him with Ben Biss of St. Vincent (Pa.).  Thomas was awarded the individual title on a scorecard playoff as the Purple Raiders claimed three of the top five individual spots.

 

Other nominees: 

– Mount Union sophomore Buster Thomas (Cortland/Lakeview) has been named Ohio Athletic Conference Golfer of the Week.

Thomas led the Purple Raiders to a third place finish in the Grove City Invitational (Pa.) hosted at the Grove City Country Club.
