Three Named to NABC Great Lakes All-District Team-Mount Unoin's Fuline Named Region Coach of the Year

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) announced today the 2020 NABC Coaches’ Division III All-District teams.

Mount Union senior Nathan Bower-Malone was selected first team, while John Carroll senior Ryan Berger  and Muskingum junior Marcus Dempsey  recieved second team honor. 

Mount Union ninth year head coach Mike Fuline was named Great Lakes Region Coach of the Year. Fuline led the Purple Raiders to a 27-3 record, the most wins in a season in school history. Mount Union won both the regular season title and the Ohio Athletic Conference Tournament title and clinched a birth in the NCAA Tournament for just the third time and advanced to the Sweet 16.
