D3hoops.com announced today the 2020 All-Great Lakes Region Team. Mount Union senior Nathan Bower-Malone and Muskingum junior Marcus Dempsey were selected first-team, while John Carroll senior Ryan Berger recieved third team honors.
Bower-Malone was voted Player of the Year. Bower-Malone led the Raiders in scoring 17.4 points per game and 5.2 assists per game and was named OAC Player of the Year earlier this season.
Mount Union ninth year head coach Mike Fuline was named Coach of the Year. Fuline led the Purple Raiders to a 27-3 record, the most wins in a season in school history. Mount Union won both the regular season title and the Ohio Athletic Conference Tournament title and clinched a birth in the NCAA Tournament for just the third time and advanced to the Sweet 16.
