Mount Union sophomore guard DeAllen Jackson (Akron/ArchbishopnHoban) averaged 21 points and 4.5 rebounds-per-game last week to lead the Purple Raiders to a 2-0 record. Jackson tallied a game-high 18 points, six rebounds and five steals in an 86-66 win over Muskingum. He then scored a career-high 24 points to lead the Raiders past John Carroll, 95-92.  Jackson shot 15-of-21 from the field, including seven-of-eight from three point range and five-of-five from the free-throw line.
