Richards had a record setting week competing at both the Mt. Sac Relays and Beach Invite in the 800-meter run and 1,500-meter run. She ran the fastest time in Division III history in the 800-meter run to win with a time of 02:02.3 at the Mt. Sac Relays. She on to win the 1,500-meter run and set the school record with a time of 4:21.2, which is currently the fastest time in Division III at the Beach Invite
