Baldwin Wallace junior Melanie Winters (Stow/Stow-Munroe Falls) set one school-record and tied another at Kent State University. She placed third in the 60-meter dash in a school-record tying time of 7.74 seconds, placed sixth in the 200-meter dash in a school-record time of 25.46 seconds and placed seventh in the 60-meter hurdles in a time of 9.73. Winters was the fastest Division III competitor in all three events. She is ranked first in Division III in the long jump and pentathlon. Winters is also third in the 60 meters and 200 dashes, tied for fifth in the 60 hurdles and tied for eighth in the high jump.
