Lauck led the Polar Bears to a 3-0 week to kick off the 2016-17 season at the Denison Tip-Off Tournament. On the week, Lauck averaged 17.3 points, 4.3 rebounds, three assists, 2.3 steals-per-game. Lauck posted a game-high 18 points in a 56-44 victory over Denison and added a career-best five steals in the contest. Lauck also scored a career-high 21 points in a 69-46 victory over Mount St. Joseph. She earned all-tournament honors for her efforts.
