John Carroll sophomore Ann Marie Kirchner (Medina) recorded a win and a save in a sweep of Marietta to help the Blue Streaks to the No. 4 seed in OAC Tournament. Kirchner allowed just six hits and struck out five in game one and came in to get the last out in game two. On the week, Kirchner posted 10 hits, three runs, 11 strikes and no walks in 10 innings of work.
