Manchester freshman Tyler Brand (Pendleton, Ind./Pendelton Heights) helped the Black and Gold to a third place finish at the Illinois Tech Invitational. Brand won the 1000-yard free in 10:57.82, breaking his own school-record by almost four second. Brand also earned second place in the 500-yard free with a time of (5:14.73).
