John Carroll sophomore Kyle Patterson (Tonawanda, NY/Kenmore East) won 43 of 49 faceoffs to help the Blue Streaks earn possession and score 37 goals in two games and limit opponents to just 59 shots in 120 minutes of play. John Carroll defeated Washington & Jefferson (17-9) and Wilmington (20-8).
