Mazula went 5-for-7 at the plate and posted a .714 batting average this past week. Over four games, Mazula led the team in batting average, on-base percentage, slugging percentage, runs batted in (RBIs) and walks. He started the week with a 1-for-1 effort against Wittenberg and contnued that against Capital on Thursday. In the first game against Capital, he went 2-for-2 with a triple, RBI and two runs scored. In the following game he went 1-for-2 with two more RBIs and a run scored. To close out the week, he went 1-for-2 against Denison with a two-run double in the ninth and also came around to score.

Boster broke a program single-game record with 19 strikeouts in a 7-5 win over John Carroll on Saturday. Boster allowed four earned runs in eight-innings of work. In the process, Boster broke his own single-season strikeouts record of 72, set last season.

Davis helped lead the Pioneers to a perfect 5-0 week with a win over Denison University and doubleheader sweeps of Otterbein and Wilmington. Davis posted a .565 batting average (13-for-23) for the week, collecting four extra base hits and driving in nine runs. Davis also stole three bases on the week. Davis went 4-for-6 on Wednesday in a crucial non-conference matchup with Denison, driving in four runs.

Hill appeared in two games during the week for the Pioneers, starting one game and appearing once in relief. On Wednesday, Hill came in and shut down Otterbein in the first game of a doubleheader, pitching 3.2 innings of near perfect relief. Hill got the victory, allowing no runs, one hit, and he collected four strikeouts. Hill got the start on Saturday in game two versus Wilmington College and worked 5.0 strong innings. Kail again allowed no runs on four hits. Hill walked two and struck out two to earn the shutout victory.

Amburgey made 16 plate appearances and reaches base safely 14 times. He started the week going six-for-six with eight runs batted in and one homerun in the win at Wittenberg. His six hits tied the school record for hits in a game. Against Ohio Northern in game one, he got base hits in his first two at bats before walking twice and getting hit by a pitch to reach base safely in 11 straight plate appearances. He had three more hits in game two at Ohio Northern.

Hill gave up one hit, no runs and struck out four. Hill got the start and earned the victory against ONU. He posted seven strong innings, with just two runs on three hits, with 10 strikeouts.

Fornara went 2-0 last week. He allowed only two hits and two earned runs, to go along with seven strikeouts, in a win at Thiel on Monday. On Sunday, Fornara pitched 6.1 innings of relief, in win over Penn State Behrend, not giving up an earned run and only allowing two hits.

Castillo led BW at the plate with a .750 batting average, 2.000 slugging percentage and a .800 on-base percentage. He went 6-for-8 at the plate with three home runs and double while scoring six runs and adding six runs batted in (RBI). The highlight of the week came on Sunday against Case Western Reserve University when Castillo went 4-for-5 at the plate with two home runs with four RBIs and four runs scored.

Needing to sweep Capital to claim a share of the OAC Regular Season Championship, Devore came up big to spark the offense that produced 30 runs in Sunday's twinbill. In game one, he was a perfect 5-for-5 with two doubles and three run-batted in. In game two, Devore was 1-for-2, walked once, and knocked in two more runs while scoring twice.

Brett opened with a 2-for-4 day against No. 1-ranked Wooster, and followed with two home runs and a five-RBI performance in a road win at 14th-ranked Franklin. He then had a combined four-hit day against No. 25 Marietta over the weekend as Otterbein took the second game of a doubleheader, 14-1.

Hoffman earned the win in a 5-4 victory over Ohio Northern. He entered in the eighth inning of game one and tallying four quick outs. Hoffman then tallied a pair of saves in a road doubleheader at John Carroll, once again coming on in the eighth to keep the Blue Streaks limited and eventually ending the first game on a swinging strikeout with the tying run 90 feet away. He then culminated game two by overcoming jams in the eighth and ninth to leave the bases loaded both times.

On the week, Hale hit .364 and posted a .773 slugging percentage to earn his second consecutive OAC Hitter of the Week honor.
Hale went 4-for-7 with five runs batted in and hit for the cycle in Marietta's 22-16 win at Mount Union. In the doubleheader sweep of the Purple Raiders, Hale went a combined 5-for-11 with nine RBI, four runs scored, one double, one triple and two home runs. He hit a grand slam in the 7-4 first game victory.

Mohr was a perfect 2-0 in ONU's 4-0 week. He posted a 1.2 ERA in 15.0 innings of work and fanned nine batters. Mohr pitched a complete game shutout victory in ONU's second game at Capital, striking out eight batters during the contest and only allowing four hits.

Over three games last week , Taylor threw a combined eight innings giving up no runs on just three hits with 10 strikeouts and one walk. In the 4-2 win against Thiel, Taylor threw three innings with one hit and four strikeouts to get the save. In 5-3 win against Baldwin Wallace Taylor came in the ninth to a tie game and threw two innings allowing one hit with two strikeouts to earn the win.

tanziano hit .462 (6-for-13) with four runs batted in three games last week. Versus Thiel, Stanziano was 2-of-4 with a double and an RBI. In game one against Baldwin Wallace, Stanziano got the game-winning hit, scoring two runs in the 10th inning to put the Raiders up 5-3. In game two of the sweep of the Yellow Jackets, Stanziano was 3-for-4 with another RBI.

Cody threw seven scoreless innings, allowing just one hit and striking out a career-high 12 in a 10-3 win over Wittenberg. Cody had a perfect game going with two outs in the top of the seventh inning before the first baserunner reached on a dropped third strike. Knodle led BW to a 6-2 record over spring break. He hit .500 with three doubles, one home run, nine runs batted in and 12 runs. He was a key contributor in BW's two walk-off wins over No. 22 St. John Fisher (N.Y.) College and Bluffton University. In the 6-5 win over St. John Fisher, Knodle plated the Yellow Jackets' first run in the ninth inning, bringing the score to 5-4. Stover made two relief appearances last week picking up the win in each game. He pitched the final 4.0 innings in Marietta's 10-inning 2-1 win at Muskingum. Stover followed that outing with 5.0 shutout innings in the Pioneers' 11-inning 4-1 win at Baldwin Wallace.
For the week, Stover pitched 9.0 innings and allowed just one run. He was 2-0 with a 1.00 earned run average. Stover walked three, two intentionally, and struck out four.

Capital junior Logan Bastin (Mansfield/Lexington) had 16 plate appearances, tallying 14 RBIs, nine hits, seven runs, three doubles, and a trio of home runs. The Mansfield, Ohio native finished the week with a .562 batting average. He blasted a home run in all but one game. In the 7-6 victory over Ohio-Lancaster, Bastin scored three runs with two hits and two RBIs.
