I wanted to continue playing my sport at a Division III university because I wanted to have the perfect balance between continuing my education and continuing to participate in the sport I love. DIII gave me the opportunity to do both.

Q: What has been your favorite moment at Mount Union?

My favorite moment at the University of Mount Union was being able to be one of eight students the university takes each year to intern at the National Sports Forum through the Sport Business program.

Q: What is your favorite memory from playing your sport and competing in the OAC?

My favorite memory from playing and competing in the OAC is making it to the OAC lacrosse tournament. It is such an exciting moment to reach each year and getting there with my best friends/teammates makes it even more exciting and memorable.

Q: What core values do you associate with being a Division III student-athlete?

Core values I associate with being a Division III student-athlete are growth, commitment, hard work and dedication.

Q: What is your favorite part of being a Division III student-athlete?

My favorite part about being a Division III student-athlete is being able to have the balance between my sport and my academics. This balance allows me to be involved with various clubs and organizations on my campus.
